Josh from Mackay was very easy to work with and took pride in his work, and let me know about the government rebate scheme. Also informed me that his placement of the solar panels gave space for further panels down track if needed.
As I was having my roof re-screwed, Josh was most compliant in having the left over old paneling removed and disposed of in a timely manner.
The roofer was then able to complete his job as well, which satisfied all three parties. A complete team effort. Thank you Josh.

Great people to deal with. Liked the fact that they managed to get back to us with the quote quickly. Josh is great. We had a bit more job added to initial request which Josh completed efficiently. Price point on the job done was definitely fair and justifiable. Would use them again.

Josh from Recon Energy was outstanding to deal with. He installed new GPOs, air conditioner, downlights, and a ceiling fan in our renovated bedroom, and the entire process was seamless.

What stood out was his flexibility and planning approach. Josh and his team worked around our requirements by roughing in early and returning promptly for fit-off, which kept everything moving efficiently. He also took the time to recommend the most suitable air conditioning unit, with a clear view toward future smart home integration.

Beyond the installation itself, Josh provided practical, forward-thinking advice on how to structure and plan services for future works. His input genuinely improved the overall outcome of the room and helped set things up properly for what comes next.

Highly recommend—professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

I have used Josh and his crew for our solar installation, but this time around I asked him to install our new wall oven and cooktop. Josh is always professional, but friendly, and very neat and tidy in his work. Although the oven and cooktop were installed on separate occasions, both times he arrived on time and got the work done with a minimum of fuss. Highly recommend Josh and Recon Energy for any of your electrical requirements!
